I joined BAEMIN since November 2020 with the responsibility to manage and lead the Product designers. Our team was young and enthusiast, reckless but passionate about deliver the best design solution to drive the business outcomes and solve the user problems.

My Responsibilities

• Understand the needs of the product to grow the team talents by: recruiting the right skillset to support the whole team; creating the space for product designers to self develop and make impact.
• Build a diverse team of Product Designers, UX Writer, Design Engineer, UX researchers.
• Initiate and set the right methods to measure User experience, incorporate research practices in Product development cycle
• Be hands on and solve many difficult product design challenges to solve business problems
