Lead UX

Lead a product vertical, be responsible for the experience design, mentor, and help other designers in the team.

• Conduct UX Workshops with Stakeholders, Business Sponsors, and Product Managers to shape, control, and enforce processes to improve efficiency.
• Worked with Alibaba product team to optimize the main product screen on both mobile and desktop.

Senior UX Designer

• Design and be hands-on with the User Experience and Visual Interface of different verticals of Lazada's platform.
• Work closely with the Product Manager and Customer Experience Team to deliver business requirements to the product's features.
• Conduct Usability test and user interviews to test and validate new designs or improve current designs.
